4Cs is a curated celebration of Brazil’s most authentic treasures: coffee, cacao, cachaça, and sensory complements.

Born from a deep appreciation for Brazilian terroir, craftsmanship, and culture, 4Cs specializes in discovering and selecting exceptional products made by those who honor time, soil, and tradition.

Behind this project is over four decades of international experience in the agricultural and premium food sectors — with work spanning Latin America, Africa, Asia, the U.S., and Europe. That background fuels a single mission: to connect discerning palates with Brazil’s most compelling flavors.

This is not just a shop — it's a curated journey through Brazil’s finest.


BRAZILIAN SPECIALTY COFFEES

4Cs began with one of Brazil’s proudest legacies: specialty coffee. The focus is on beans that express complexity, origin, and story — not just good coffee, but coffee that moves you.

The portfolio includes 100% Arabica beans and, occasionally, high-quality Canephoras (Conilon/Robusta). Coffees are sourced from across Brazil’s key producing regions and selected not through lab scores or technical panels, but through the lens of sensory discovery. Over 300 coffees have been tasted to build this collection — each one chosen for its ability to surprise, delight, or intrigue.

Many are pre-evaluated by certified professionals or carry origin designations and awards. But here, the final filter is the cup itself: aroma, clarity, balance, and terroir.

Sourcing covers both acclaimed and emerging producing regions, including:

  • Cerrado Mineiro (GI)

  • Mantiqueira de Minas (GI)

  • Alta Mogiana (SP)

  • Caparaó (MG/ES)

  • Chapada Diamantina (BA)

  • Sul de Minas

  • Matas de Minas

  • Montanhas do Espírito Santo

  • Norte Pioneiro do Paraná

  • Conilon-producing areas of Espírito Santo, Rondônia, and the Amazon

Selected cultivars include Catuaí, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, Obatã, Arara, Acaiá, IPRs, Paraíso, Topázio, Laurina, Gesha, SL28, Pacamara, and other rare or experimental hybrids.

Coffees are available whole or ground, suitable for a wide range of brewing methods: V60, Aeropress, French press, Clever, espresso, and traditional Brazilian methods like cloth filter and KOAR.

4Cs partners with artisan roasters and family producers with fresh roast profiles, full traceability, regenerative practices, and strong roots in their communities.


BEAN-TO-BAR CHOCOLATE

The chocolate selection at 4Cs focuses exclusively on Brazilian bean-to-bar makers — small producers who control every step of the process, from bean to wrapper.

Each chocolate is crafted from fine Brazilian cacao, often grown in biodiversity-friendly systems across Bahia, Pará, Espírito Santo, the Amazon, and beyond. These are pure, honest chocolates — minimal ingredients, no additives, full of flavor and soul.

Over 200 bars have been tasted to build the current lineup. Only those with remarkable texture, complexity, and character make the cut. The goal is always to find chocolates that tell stories and evoke emotion.


CRAFT CACHAÇAS

Brazil’s national spirit, cachaça, holds a special place at 4Cs. The curated collection includes small-batch, artisanal alambiques known for slow fermentation, thoughtful distillation, and unique wood aging — including amburana, bálsamo, jequitibá, and oak.

Some are award-winning. Others are hidden gems. All are chosen for their balance, elegance, and sensory expression.

The selection reflects an ongoing exploration of Brazil’s best, built on curiosity, respect for the craft, and a love of the product.


COMPLEMENTS

Beyond the core categories, 4Cs offers tools, accessories, and sensory complements that enrich the experience — always prioritizing Brazilian makers and small-batch production when possible.

This includes brewing gear, slow-drip accessories, gift kits, and a few wildcards: Brazilian craft beers infused with coffee, chocolate, or cachaça, chosen for their creativity and connection to the core pillars of the brand.
